Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Value Realization Finance Manager to lead the financial value agenda for transformation programs spanning merchandising, supply chain, and store operations. You will develop and govern the integrated business case, align KPIs, and translate operational changes into measurable financial impact.

The role collaborates with System Integrator teams, FP&A, and project accounting, delivering dashboards and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of value realization, strategy, financial analysis, or business transformation experience.
• Experience building and managing business cases, benefit models, and KPI frameworks.
• Strong communication and executive-ready storytelling to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance value agenda with integrated business cases, baselines, and KPI tracking.
• Partner with System Integrator Value Lead and cross-functional teams to quantify value opportunities.
• Establish finance-owned baselines, benefit methods, and data requirements for auditable tracking.
• Own end-to-end benefits realization tracking, including actuals, variance, and corrective actions.
• Provide reporting, dashboards, and scenario analyses to inform governance and investment decisions.
