Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and meet recurring deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Accounts monthly close activities and related journal entries.
• Forecasting, LBE, Annual Plan and recurring planning deliverables.
• Analyze sales and P&L performance; translate results into risks and opportunities.
• Lead commercial variable compensation planning and performance measurement.
• Build executive-ready analyses and presentations with data-driven storytelling.
