Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience supporting sales, pricing, commercial operations, or FP&A.
• Manufacturing and distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership as the primary finance partner.
• Lead revenue forecasting, planning, and pricing strategy to drive profitability.
• Monitor gross margin, pricing actions, and incentive programs.
• Analyze customer and product profitability and negotiate favorable terms.
• Build financial models for new products, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights and drive analytics improvements.
