Honeywell Aerospace in the United States seeks a Sr. Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Aerospace ISC Sourcing & Procurement functions.

The role reports to the Sourcing Finance Sr Director and operates on a hybrid schedule from our Phoenix, AZ location with responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial support. You will develop robust financial models, assess supplier risk, and influence decision-making to drive profitability

Qualifications

• Proven ability to model complex financial scenarios and translate insights into executive-level recommendations.
• Track record of delivering cost savings, productivity improvements and supplier performance optimization.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sourcing and Supply Chain.
• Strong business acumen balancing financial, operational and strategic priorities.
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools relevant to aerospace/industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sourcing to develop and execute strategies ensuring supply continuity while meeting cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Lead financial analysis for strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier transitions and make-versus-buy decisions.
• Serve as senior finance business partner to Sourcing and Procurement, providing strategic financial guidance.
• Assess supplier financial health and identify risks, developing mitigation with cross-functional teams.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support sourcing strategies and capital investments.
• Evaluate long-term agreements by analyzing pricing, terms, inflation and risk.
• Support supplier capacity planning and supply continuity balancing operations and financial performance.
