Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (M5) to lead the international and strategy portfolios for CUAS within LADS. The role oversees program controls, Earned Value, budgets, and strategic planning, partnering with senior leaders and a growing finance team.

The position is hybrid (onsite and remote) with relocation not provided; located near Andover, MA, or within commutable distance to McKinney, TX or Tucson, AZ. Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field and 12+ years experience; or an advanced degree with 10+ years experience.
• P&L ownership or financial planning experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience automating data using MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and interfacing with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead program control finance, FP&A, and Earned Value to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
• Consolidate financial projections, document changes, and review with key team members.
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional enterprise groups to integrate financial impacts.
• Communicate results and manage Risk & Opportunity with regular forecasting and EAC processes.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth and decision making.
