Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the ground-floor effort designing and maintaining a satellite broadband initiative. You will own end-to-end accounting processes, guide finance partners, and help scale controls for a fast-paced, global operation.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects and serve as first point of contact for finance partners.
• Own end-to-end processes to support accounting and reporting.
• Research and document accounting positions for new initiatives.
• Assess internal controls and influence system/process design.
• Execute judgments to accurately report financial results monthly.
• Analyze complex processes and data across systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Lead accounting tasks and strengthen Accounting/IT partnerships.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership when needed.
