City University of New York (BMCC) seeks a Finance Manager of Related Entities to oversee day-to-day accounting for Auxiliary Enterprises Corporation, BMCC Foundation, ACE, and related entities. Reporting to the Controller, you will coordinate with the Fiscal Office and ensure compliance with GASB/FASB and regulatory standards.

You will supervise the Fiscal Office staff, implement internal controls, and manage financial reporting in Oracle/PeopleSoft while driving timely audits and strategic

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and six years of related experience required.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred; with a master's degree, 4 years of experience in accounting operations and high-level analysis preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with all applicable GAAP/GASB/FASB and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial reporting for college-related entities in CUNYFIRST, CUNYBUY, and CUNYWORK.
• Coordinate between Bursar, ACE, and Fiscal Office for cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee timely processing and disbursement of payments and refunds.
• Manage year-end audit submissions and ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, analyses, MD&As, and management reports for related entities.
• Serve as audit liaison with internal and external auditors.
