M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Finance Management professional to support the SCS FEO&M business unit in Tysons Corner, VA. The role involves entering orders, posting billings, managing accounts receivable, and delivering cost analysis for large, multi-year contracts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with 8+ years of experience and is proficient in Microsoft Excel. Some travel between Tysons HQ and Frederick, MD is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate and timely complex billing submission monthly.
• Contract reconciliations and change order tracking to reflect correct values.
• Ad-hoc reporting for project managers and executives.
• Conduct monthly Key Project Reviews (KPR).
• Assist in preparing monthly financial forms for management review.
• Provide cost analysis and explain variances to the project team.
• Monitor contract compliance and customer reporting related to billing.
