Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leader in Building Intelligence based in Tysons, VA, seeks a billing-focused finance professional to join the SES unit. You will generate monthly project billings, manage invoicing in the company system, and support contract status reviews with precise data handling.

You will also monitor contract compliance, prepare data for required reports, and create ad-hoc analyses for project managers and executives. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly billing for assigned projects, ensuring invoicing terms are met and posting invoices in accounting systems.
• Prepare data for monthly reports/CDRLs and participate in contract status review meetings.
• Monitor contract compliance and customer reporting related to billing.
• Produce ad-hoc project reports for managers and executives as needed.
