Job summary

RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead accounting and finance across multiple entities in the United States. You will oversee close, budgeting, forecasting, and project controls while ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, GAAP, and federal requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance with 8+ years in finance and experience in government contracting. CPA is a plus, Deltek Costpoint expertise is essential, and HUBZone eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including management responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, GAAP, and government contract accounting requirements.
• Experience managing audits, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting and finance operations across a multi-entity environment.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities; provide financial analysis to Senior Leadership.
• Supervise project control, including revenue recognition and project financial performance.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
• Monitor indirect rate structures in line with FAR Part 31 and CAS.
• Coordinate audits, tax compliance activities, and regulatory reviews with external partners.
• Maintain relationships with banking and financing partners and lender reporting.
