Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Finance to lead a global finance oversight function. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will own budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial modeling across centrally managed departments worldwide.

You will collaborate with regional finance leads, Corporate Finance, and senior leaders to drive financial accountability, deliver executive-ready summaries, and support audits and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant financial operations experience with cross-functional partnerships.
• Owner mentality with ability to lead executive-level discussions while performing detailed accounting work.
• Strong analytical, visualization, and storytelling skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Fully own budget across centrally managed departments with forecasting and cost-control.
• Lead monthly close and reporting processes for centrally managed departments.
• Oversee P&L reviews and build detailed variance models and executive summaries.
• Develop and maintain global reporting schedules and support audits.
• Drive process improvements in forecasting, reporting templates, and data models.
