Job summary

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is seeking a Senior Manager Finance to own budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, supporting the CFO and budget holders. The role focuses on automation, controls and external reporting, with potential expansion to other processes.

You will lead a finance team, drive process improvements and partner with stakeholders to enable informed decisions. The role requires a Finance degree and a professional accounting qualification, with 5+ years in a senior

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance (Diploma, Master’s or higher) is required.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in a senior financial role and experience with budgeting/forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles with robust analysis and automated dashboards.
• Lead finance process improvements and automation across finance using AI tools.
• Maintain strong financial controls and manage external reporting (IFRS for SMEs, tax/donor reporting).
• Provide line management and development to a finance colleague and oversee day-to-day finance operations.
• Act as a finance business partner to budget holders and support resource allocation.
