Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, AR, is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance - Enterprise FP&A to lead forecasting, balance sheet analysis, and strategic financial planning.

You will drive multi‑year projections, variance analyses, and reporting for leadership across the enterprise. The role requires strong accounting expertise, GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills, with collaboration across Accounting, Controllership, and cross-functional Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 4 years’ experience OR 6 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• CPA certification strongly preferred, or equivalent public accounting or corporate accounting experience.
• Experience with balance sheet forecasting, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead balance sheet and cash flow forecasting and develop accurate projections.
• Analyze month-end close results and explain variances to forecasts.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controllership, and Finance teams to align reported results with forecasts.
• Develop complex financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Communicate forecasts, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership with clear insights.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis processes.
