Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead FP&A, develop complex models, set expense targets, and evaluate performance with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross‑functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing complex models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. This position oversees risk mitigation through robust control structures and enhances financial reporting transparency. The role involves communicating key financial insights and forecasts to senior leadership, supporting business decision‑making, and leading multiple projects to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the Senior Manager provides leadership and development opportunities for associates, fostering a high‑performing team environment aligned with company values and ethical standards.

About the Team:

The E2E FP&A team advances U.S. Store Operations, Real Estate, Energy, and Supply Chain by streamlining end‑to‑end financial processes. This team enhances forecasting, planning, and reporting to support effective financial management and organizational goals. The Senior Manager collaborates with leadership across Real Estate and E2E functions to design and implement efficient business processes. Focusing on financial planning, analysis, risk mitigation, and profit and loss management, the team drives informed decision‑making and continuous improvement, ensuring strong financial oversight and contributing to the company’s operational success.

• Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates within a team‑based environment.
• Expertise in driving business plans, removing obstacles, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
