Job summary

Tract Capital seeks a Senior Finance Manager to shape and execute our financial strategy for data center and digital infrastructure initiatives. You will own FP&A cycles, build scalable financial processes, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement to align financial plans with operations.

Initially an individual contributor, you will develop reporting, budgeting, and cost controls, and lead strategic financial management as the company scales, including capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Finance, including at least the last 3 years within the data center industry.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and capital allocation, with a strong understanding of large‑scale infrastructure investments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools, including Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FP&A cycles including budgets, forecasts, and reviews.
• Model drivers to inform long‑term financial planning for data center development and operations.
• Provide variance analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking insights.
• Forecast data center costs and drive cost management and efficiency.
