Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Category Finance to lead FP&A and growth routines for the Meats Platform. This role provides broad exposure to the Senior Leadership team and category finance management, enabling input on strategies and plans across categories within the BU.

You will manage planning, forecasting, and centralized BU modeling while collaborating cross-functionally on productivity initiatives and capital expenditure.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance-Accounting, Economics, or other related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required.
• Prior Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred.
• High-level mastery of Excel is a must.
• Capable of managing with pressure and tight deadlines, above average organization, ability to work and deliver materials with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meats Platform planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Provide analytical support on business results and achieving financial targets (variance analysis, demand drivers, trade spend, cost variances).
• Own centralized BU modeling, analytics and management presentations.
• Develop financial models for Innovation and Capex with cross-functional inputs.
• Support productivity initiatives and incorporate into financial forecast.
• Link enterprise-wide process improvements and best practices to internal processes.
• Handle ad hoc opportunities for growth and learning.
