Join the Medtronic US Sales Finance Center of Excellence (COE), a team that supports 12 unique Operating Units within the Cardiovascular, Neuroscience and Medical Surgical portfolios as well as Global Commercial Operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance leader to lead a team of analysts providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis for the multiple US Sales Organizations.
This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a strategic finance partner to senior business leaders while driving standardized, sustainable, and best-in-class FP&A processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales Finance, Operating Unit Finance, National Sales Leadership, Sales Compensation, Total Rewards, and Financial Systems to deliver insights that enable better business decisions and help unlock the full potential of our sales organizations.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$148,000.00 - $222,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertain solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
