Job summary

RENK America seeks a senior financial leader to oversee the U.S. finance organization, ensuring alignment with the German parent and adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards. The VP of Finance will drive strategy, profitability, and compliance across defense programs and government contracts.

The role requires managing close processes, reporting, and budgeting, while partnering with operations to improve cost performance. Strong leadership and regulatory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting/Finance with relevant experience.
• MBA or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall financial leadership for the U.S. entity and align with group governance.
• Develop financial strategy to support growth in U.S. defense markets and profitability.
• Partner with the U.S. executive team to drive operational efficiency and cost control.
• Oversee U.S. GAAP to IFRS consolidation and external reporting to the German parent.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and government contracting regulations.
• Lead the finance organization including accounting, FP&A, compliance and program finance.
