Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager in Arlington, VA to lead consolidated U.S. reporting and coordinate with overseas headquarters.

You will manage IFRS-to-US GAAP reconciliations, monthly closes, and project accounting while supervising Costpoint and SAP Concur systems. The role requires extensive accounting experience, leadership, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams including program management, supply chain, and HR.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or unrestricted to work for a federal contractor.
• 10+ years of professional accounting experience preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior accounting/finance manager role.
• Experience supporting consolidation reporting cycles for a global company.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated financial reporting for U.S. entity and coordinate with overseas HQ.
• Oversee IFRS-to-U.S. GAAP reconciliation and monthly/quarterly close processes.
• Manage Costpoint and SAP Concur system administration; liaise with global finance teams.
• Provide financial planning support including budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with operational leaders across departments.
