The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, labor/overhead rate development for Michigan plants, intercompany reporting, and strong process improvements using Plex ERP. On-site responsibility with potential remote work options is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A or plant controller role.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Develop labor and overhead rate models for Michigan plants.
• Manage intercompany accounting and month-end close.
• Drive working capital improvements.
• Guide strategic financial direction with Leadership Team.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with policies.
• Direct inventory accuracy and training of staff.
