Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance to drive strategic financial leadership and operational excellence across major finance functions.

You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable financial plans, own significant budgets in Workday Adaptive, and partner with executive leadership on performance, risk, and resource allocation. Senior leadership will require strong GAAP expertise, regulated environment experience, and a track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience required.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting required.
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience using Workday Financials, HCM, and Adaptive strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned Finance functions aligned with firm strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Translate enterprise strategy into multi‑year financial plans and operating models.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management with disciplined execution.
• Partner with executive leaders to inform decisions on growth, investments, pricing, and capital allocation.
• Lead through Directors and Senior Managers; set goals and performance standards across teams.
• Own and manage significant budgets within Workday Adaptive platform and ensure controls.
