Ladders, a leader in business services, seeks a Sr. Director, Finance Operations and Manufacturing in Cleveland to partner with operations and drive profitability.

You will shape costing, allocate capital, and build a high-performing team in a metrics-driven environment. This role will improve visibility into product profitability and cost performance, while collaborating across functions to enable enterprise decision-making and ongoing transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.
• 5+ years leading senior teams or leaders.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing finance, including product costing and COGS management.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and inventory optimization.
• Experience with complex product portfolios and significant capital investments.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and create clarity through metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Finance partner to Operations and Manufacturing, linking execution to financial outcomes.
• Build and lead financial operating mechanisms to enhance visibility on performance metrics.
• Design and scale product costing and profitability frameworks.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and drive informed business decisions.
• Support capital deployment and capacity expansion through rigorous financial analysis.
• Lead Finance through transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop a high-performing Operations Finance team and Finance Business Partner capability.
