Wonder Group, INC is seeking a senior finance leader to anchor accounting operations across Spyce, Wonder Create and Wonder AI, while partnering with leadership on strategic FP&A and cost analysis.

You will drive the annual plan, budgeting, and monthly close processes, translating manufacturing realities into margins and profitability insights. The role blends hands-on accounting with strategic finance in a hybrid Boston-area setting.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with emphasis on manufacturing and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial co-pilot to Spyce, Wonder Create and AI’s Leadership Team with data-backed financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Lead the Annual Plan and rolling forecast cycles for the entities, aligning financial targets with milestones.
• Manage the end-to-end monthly financial close and present actionable narratives to senior leaders.
• Evaluate ROI for major CapEx investments in R&D, manufacturing equipment, and new technology rollouts.
