Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group seeks a Senior Financial Planning Analyst to lead the annual planning cycle and monthly forecasts. You will prepare variance analyses and management reports, supporting initiatives with financial insight.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems and controls, developing KPIs, dashboards and scorecards, and aiding SOX documentation. A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong communication is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP; Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Proactive, self-starter with time management.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook; Oracle PeopleSoft, Visual Basic and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual planning process and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare variance analyses and management reports.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and scorecards.
• Support SOX documentation and controls.
• Continuous improvement leveraging data warehouses.
