Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, California is seeking a Senior Manager – Chief Financial Officer (Level M) to lead a broad portfolio of Space Communications Programs and Ground Systems. This on-site leadership role will supervise a team of financial analysts and influence cross-functional activities to align financial planning, scheduling and execution with program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in a finance-related management or leadership role

Responsibilities

• Manages employees and mid-level managers from more than one finance business management job family and/or other business function
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives
• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
