Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisory solutions
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results

Responsibilities

• Advance the offer experience strategy and lead high-priority initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and measurable results
• Define complex problems, evaluate insights and trade-offs, set priorities, and make recommendations that strengthen client and advisor outcomes
• Collaborate across business, operations, marketing, and technology teams, influence senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and establish measures that guide future enhancements
