Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Team Manager, Finance to lead FP&A for Wealth Advisory offerings, including Schwab Wealth Advisory and Schwab Advisor Network. You will manage forecasting, analytics, and financial modeling, turning data into clear recommendations for senior leaders to guide strategic decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of FP&A leadership experience driving profit and loss outcomes.
• Experience analyzing drivers, building forward-looking assumptions, and explaining changes.
• Experience using SQL, Python, data-querying tools, financial systems, and driver-based models.
• Proven ability to coach and develop finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning and analysis for Wealth Advisory offerings, and lead a finance team.
• Direct forecasting, analytics, financial modeling, and complex business cases.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for senior leaders to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisory Finance, Central Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Product Management.
