Job summary

Walmart Senior Manager, Finance (eCommerce Decision Support) advances complex financial analyses and supports high-impact ecommerce decisions by turning insights into action. You will partner with eCommerce leaders to evaluate economic and operational tradeoffs, assess feasibility, and help drive sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area (or 6 years).
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses, P&Ls, and business cases to evaluate outcomes, key assumptions, sensitivities, and incremental impact.
• Mine and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Clarify the decision, desired outcome, timing, and materiality upfront; calibrate analytical depth to move quickly with rigor.
• Bring enterprise, member, and P&L context into decisions and articulate financial feasibility and implications across growth, profitability, and member value.
• Challenge assumptions, resolve data gaps, identify key dependencies, and surface cross-functional and second-order impacts early.
• Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, strengthen insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
