Job summary
Walmart seeks a Senior Manager for Advanced Analytics – New Capabilities Development to lead the business roadmap for new eCommerce Parcel shipping capabilities in Bentonville, AR. This role will quarterback a cross-functional team including Product, Ops, Legal and Compliance, reporting to the Director – New Capabilities & Network Optimization.
You will coordinate discovery through deployment, drive pilot plans to scale, and guide leadership reviews to secure support for initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, or 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and product/ops alignment.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate discovery, development, and deployment of prioritized new capabilities.
- Represent peer group in VP decision reviews when needed.
- Develop product and systems knowledge to influence future development directions.
- Develop pilot plans and execute to scale.
- Lead new capability integration reviews with Leadership and hand-offs to business teams.
