Job summary

StevenDouglas is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance IT & ERP Solution Architect to lead a major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation. You will own end-to-end design, translate finance requirements into Oracle configuration, and coordinate with Finance, IT, and the implementation partner to ensure a scalable, compliant solution.

You will drive design decisions, oversee intercompany, consolidation, and PPM designs, and govern go-live and production support for a multi-entity finance environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in lead design or architect roles.
• Deep accounting knowledge: subledger entries, rules, and GL impact.
• Strong experience with intercompany and consolidation design at scale.
• Proven ability to run workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Oracle Cloud Financials certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP build.
• Lead requirement and design workshops with Finance, Tax, and Treasury.
• Define COA, ledger, multi-book structure, and legal entity model.
• Design intercompany and pay-on-behalf framework, possibly with BlackLine.
• Plan Capital Projects PPM design: budgeting, control, capitalization.
• Oversee consolidation and planning as EPM moves to Oracle Cloud.
• Set scope across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Intercompany, and close.
• Design broader scope: P2P, Tax, Revenue, Lease Accounting, and MDM.
• Oversee data migration strategy from NetSuite; ensure security/roles.
• Review partner deliverables and ensure alignment with design.
