Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Senior Advisor for Finance Integration to lead the NextGen ERP transformation. The role focuses on designing, building, and implementing Record-to-Report workstreams, aligning with enterprise goals, and ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes across finance functions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, and mentor junior staff while operating in a hybrid work model in California.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of business operations and/or transformation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and/or BlackLine applications and modules.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive transformation strategy.
• Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Analyzes current state and performs impact assessments of processes, systems and culture.
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitors progress against targets and adjusts as needed.
• Leads implementation teams and provides guidance to analysts.
• Collaborates with leadership to achieve implementation objectives.
