Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• Eight years of progressively responsible financial management experience, including leadership.
• Public-sector budgeting, accounting, and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive financial direction and support to the CFO and leadership.
• Oversee assigned Finance Division functions and policy implementation.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets and financial plans.
• Enhance internal controls, compliance, and risk management across Finance.
• Represent the organization in financial matters with boards and partners.
