Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, public administration, or related field, with eight years of progressively responsible financial management including leadership.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
• Experience in public-sector financial management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive financial leadership and support to the CFO.
• Oversee assigned Finance Division subfunctions and ensure policy implementation.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial plans and budgets.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management across Finance.
• Oversee annual operating budget and multi-year capital program responsibilities.
• Lead Directors and senior managers, promoting accountability and collaboration.
