Job summary

Mercor is seeking advanced Excel experts with hands-on finance experience to contribute to our GenAI initiative. This W-2 role with Cincinnatus LLC places you within a leading technology company\'s extended workforce, focusing on building finance-specific AI training tasks in Excel.

You will design tasks, evaluate solutions, and write clear feedback, while collaborating with other SMEs. US-based professionals required; 40 hours/week weekdays through September, then 20 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise with XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, dashboards, and VBA.
• Finance domain experience including three-statement modeling, LBO/DCF, valuation, and forecasting.
• Experience in AI training or data annotation a strong plus; based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and write domain-relevant Excel tasks and solutions for AI model training.
• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel tasks.
• Evaluate tasks and solutions and provide clear feedback; collaborate with SMEs for accuracy.
