Cincinnatus LLC is recruiting a finance-focused Excel expert to support its GenAI initiative by building and evaluating financial-model tasks used to train AI models in Excel. The role requires senior-level finance experience across three-statement models, DCF, LBO, and valuation, with hands-on Excel mastery and attention to training data quality.

This is a W-2 arrangement with placement at a leading tech company and a commitment of 40 hours a week through September, then 20 hours weekly

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel expertise in finance with three-statement modeling, valuation, forecasting.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, or equity research.
• Ability to commit 40 hours/week through end of September, then 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within finance.
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks drawn from your professional experience, and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
