Qualifications

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise including XLOOKUP, dynamic arrays, and macros.
• Finance-domain experience with three-statement models, LBO/DCF, and forecasting.
• Experience in AI training or data annotation is a strong plus.
• Based in the United States and able to commit 40h/week through September, then 20h/week.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based finance tasks.
• Design domain-specific Excel tasks and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
• Evaluate tasks and provide clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
