Qualifications

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise including complex formulas and data analysis tools.
• Experience applying Excel in finance domains such as PE, investment banking, hedge funds, or equity research.
• Proven career progression in finance with relevant modeling and forecasting.
• Experience in AI training or data annotation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within finance.
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks and write accurate solutions.
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure training data accuracy and consistency.
