You will lead forecasting, profitability improvements, and governance across regions, building a scalable finance function in a matrixed, global organization.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise finance, strategic leadership, and a track record of delivering measurable performance improvements in healthcare

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive finance or related experience.
  • 10+ years of managerial experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale finance, business, process, data, or technology transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Global Service & Repair leadership and translate business strategy into financial priorities.
  • Lead transformation of Finance by standardizing processes and expanding automation, analytics, and AI.
  • Oversee planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and provide executive-ready insights into results, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve revenue, margin, pricing, and cost-to-serve.
  • Strengthen data quality, reporting, governance, and controls with consistent definitions and trusted information.

This leader will be responsible for delivering financial insights, strengthening forecasting and performance management, improving profitability, and establishing consistent financial processes across regions and business units. The Finance Director will also lead a multi-year transformation agenda focused on standardization, automation, data integrity, governance, and the development of scalable finance capabilities.The successful candidate will be a strategic, enterprise-minded transformation leader who can translate complex financial and operational information into clear decisions, mobilize teams across a global matrix, and drive sustainable change without relying on direct authority.
