Job summary

AV is seeking a Senior Data & AI Analyst, Finance Systems to own financial data migration for Oracle Fusion and to pioneer AI-driven finance optimizations. You will lead data mapping, quality controls, and AI-enabled workflows across data quality, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.

The role reports to the Director, Finance Systems and champions AI initiatives, including intelligent agents and AI governance, across the finance stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, Data Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial data management, ERP data migration, or BI/analytics.
• 2+ years building AI/LLM apps, intelligent agents, or ML models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion planning for Oracle Fusion and create mapping specs.
• Extract, transform, and load financial data from legacy systems (COA, masters, open balances).
• Develop and maintain data mapping documents for Oracle Fusion Cloud data models (P2P, RTR, Q2C, P2C).
• Execute iterative mock conversion cycles with quality gates and validation checks.
• Design data quality rules, validation scripts, and dashboards using Python/SQL/AI frameworks.
• Develop AI/LLM agents and conversational interfaces to automate finance processes.
• Support EPM data migration (PBCS/FCCS/Planning) and governance for data lineage and metadata.
• Coordinate with IT for data extraction, FBDI generation, and API-based loading.
• Train Finance Systems team on data maintenance and AI agent usage.
