Job summary

Exchange Hotels Management is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, fixed assets, treasury, financial reporting, and compliance for Hotel Drover, Hyatt Place Fort Worth Stockyards, Stockyards Hotel, and affiliated Exchange Hotels Management entities.

This position provides strategic financial leadership, ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting, robust internal controls, and regulatory compliance while partnering with ownership and executive leadership to drive profitability and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
• Minimum eight (8) years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading audits, regulatory compliance, and internal control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close across properties and entities.
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries and financial statements.
• Manage fixed assets lifecycle and intercompany transactions across entities.
• Lead treasury/cash management and forecasting for weekly/monthly horizons.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis for multiple properties and entities.
