Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with current staff supervision.
• SALT Tax and Sales and Use tax exposure.
• Multi-entity accounting and reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-4 staff.
• Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.).
• Hands-on - “Lead by Example” complex account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts.
• Manage external audits with the CPA firm.
• Manage and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Support process controls and efficiency initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance.
• Assist with audit and tax preparation and provide supporting documents to external auditors.
