Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years in senior finance or accounting roles in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow (AR, AP, payroll).
• Analyze monthly job cost reports and recommend actions.
• Direct and coordinate budgeting and financial planning.
• Monitor operating results against budget.
• Coordinate debt financing and debt service payments.
• Oversee AR department activities and close processes.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Prepare financial outlooks and forecasts.
• Ensure corporate tax compliance and optimization.
• Set and implement departmental goals and procedures.
• Design organizational structure to meet goals.
• Oversee financial policies and procedures.
• Direct external financial audits and improvements.
