Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow (AR, AP, and payroll).
• Analyze monthly job cost reports and make recommendations.
• Direct and coordinate budgeting and financial planning functions.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Oversee debt financing and debt service payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and monthly close processes.
• Lead external audits and implement procedural improvements.
• Develop financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies.
