Job summary

ASYST Technologies LP in Kenosha, WI seeks a Controller to lead finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support. You will oversee accounting teams, maintain internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting for multiple entities, including a German GmbH presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
Experience leading accounting operations and developing accounting staff.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, billing, GL, and reconciliations.
Maintain accounting controls over cash receipts and disbursements; safeguard assets.
Monitor cash position vs forecasts and report variances to leadership.
Oversee monthly close and prepare timely financial statements.
Coordinate annual budgeting and business planning to support the corporate plan.
