Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• Public accounting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard assets and ensure accurate recording through internal audits, controls and checks across departments.
• Manage day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing, credits and collections, general accounting, cost accounting.
• Develop, improve and issue timely monthly financial records for President and Board of Directors.
• Ensure financial plans align with organizational goals.
• Provide financial analysis tools for evaluating ventures, projects, expenditures, and costing.
• Interface with outside auditors, banks, insurers, and collection agencies; manage banking relationships.
