Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5–7 years of accounting/finance experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and manage budgets, perform financial forecasting, and assist in financial planning to support business objectives.
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes and implement recommendations.
Monitor cash flow and working capital, optimize liquidity, and support FP&A with analysis.
Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
