Arts FMS is seeking a Senior Finance Consultant to join a fully remote team serving nonprofit arts organizations nationwide. You will lead a small client finance team, drive financial strategy, and ensure accurate reporting and governance to boards and executives.

You will apply 10+ years of nonprofit accounting experience, GAAP expertise, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide clients, build external relationships, and manage end-to-end financial operations remotely.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years of nonprofit accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements virtually.
• Excellent communication with boards, executives and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 2–4 person client finance team and ensure project delivery on time.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for clients.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage annual financial audits.
• Produce timely, transparent financial reports for leadership and boards.
