Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required (knowledge of Accounting is a plus).
9+ years of financial/business analysis experience.
Interest in e-commerce business.
Hands-on with advanced Excel.
System-savvy with SQL, Visual Basic, C++, Python.
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
Experience handling large data sets.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Drive monthly BU P&L dialogue with BU management.
Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly P&L analysis by total company & BU level to identify risks & opportunities.
Take lead finance side to advise biz team on new campaign initiatives by working with Tax, Accounting and Treasury.
Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts and actuals.
Partner Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management.
Establish and monitor KPI for the BU.
