Job summary

Bridgewater Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Finance Associate on the Corporate Accounting team to handle accounting and reporting for its expanding foreign operations. You will work under the Controller and support policy and reporting needs for USGAAP while engaging with external auditors and service providers.

You will lead audits, review monthly and annual packages, and help drive automation using AI tools to improve accuracy and speed across global entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting with strong academic record.
• 5-7 years of accounting or audit experience; Big 4 background a plus.
• CPA or actively pursuing certification.
• Experience with AI tooling and ability to review AI outputs.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Workday, Office Connect or Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the annual audits of foreign subsidiaries' statutory financial statements (IFRS-based).
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and coordinate input from across the organization.
• Ensure transactions are properly accounted and loaded into the general ledger; review external providers' work.
• Field questions from the Business Planning and Analysis team on foreign subsidiaries.
• Incorporate AI tooling to improve efficiency of reporting processes.
