This role is ideal for accounting professionals with 2-4 years of experience in credit and financial markets. The candidate will manage investments and liaise with various teams while ensuring compliance and reporting. Competitive compensation of $90K-$110K, plus bonus and profit sharing, is offered.

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a Top 10 private equity firm in Boston, as they look to hire a Senior Finance Associate with a focus on Private Credit. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2‑4 year accounting/audit professional with a strong understanding of credit and financial markets.

Compensation range: $90‑110K + bonus + profit sharing.

The candidate (ideally) will have experience in Big 4 with private credit, or have experience at a competing fund with private credit, or a mix of both public accounting and private credit experience.

Job responsibilities

• Allocate new investments across multiple groups
• Identify and vet for eligibility criteria
• Oversee treasury
• Liaise with FP&A, Portfolio Management, Investments, Operations, Treasury, Compliance, etc.
• Reporting and analytics
• Fund onboarding

4‑year degree in accounting or finance is required for this role.
